Inoue Kikuko was the one who animated Siren her
sweet voice. She was born on September 25th, 1964 in Kanagawa, her blood type is O,
she is 164 cm tall She works for Ezaki Productions. She thinks that in one of her previous
incarnations, she was a fish. This makes her really fit to be the voice actress for
Siren :)
Her more popular anime roles are Belldandy (Ah! Megami-sama!), Mimori Seira (Kaitou St. Tail), Tendou Kasumi (Ranma ½) and Rune Venus (El Hazard). All the characters listed are the gentle ones of the group, they're major protagonists in their respective anime too.
I do like Inoue Kikuko's voice, it's gentle and it truly brings out the attitude of the character she's playing. I suppose the directors chose her to be Siren's seiyuu mainly because of this (Seiyuus have to audition for roles too!) She did a really good job with Siren ;)
